We are a looking for a team that is ready to grow with us! a TRS Technician is responsible for safely and professionally operating and maintaining casing running equipment at various rig/field sites (Volant, McCoy, Eckel, FARR, etc). Additionally, will stage equipment must verify tong, tong arm length, and size, weight, connection, and maintaining proper procedures of the daily operations of the well servicing rig.
Essential Functions;
1. Handle and operate casing running equipment, including: casing running tools, power tongs, elevators, power slips, control panels, and hydraulic power units.
2. Work with hand tools and operate hydraulically activated equipment
Rig up, run, and rig down various components on a drilling rig.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all rig, customer, and Quail Services personnel.
3. Maintain a safe working environment.
4. Represent Quail Services in a professional manner.
5. Attend all customer QHSSE&T meetings.
6. Report any operational issues which may occur before, during, or after a job to the TRS Lead.
7. Make recommendations for the safe execution of the job and report any unsafe acts, near misses, or incidents.
Report any shortcomings or status of non-conformance of equipment.
8. Attend all safety training, equipment training, and medical checks as required by Quail Services.
9. Accountable for safe operation of all Quail Services equipment.
Other tasks requested by the TRS Lead or Field Service Supervisor.

1. High school or diploma.
2. 1+ years’ experience with mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic applications or experience in a similar operation i.e. rig operations or casing and tubular running activity is preferred.
3. Must have working knowledge of tubular handling equipment, including: casing running tools, power tongs, elevators, power slips, control panels, and hydraulic power units.
4. Must possess the ability to work with hand tools and operate hydraulically activated equipment.
5. Must possess the ability to rig up, run, and rig down various components on a drilling rig.
6. Detail oriented, self-starter & able to work with little supervision.
7. Have the ability to work both cooperatively, independently & set priorities in the context of operational impact.
8. Have a good attitude and the ability to learn new skills..
9. Have the ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures and priorities, or work environments.
10. Ability to read and write English required.
